Michael is extremely professional and very friendly too. He explains everything he does in a way you can understand. Communication before and during the job was great. Can’t recommend enough.

Michael fitted a new boiler for me and removed the old one. Did an excellent job – explained everything really well, worked extremely diligently and made sure everything was working correctly. Also followed up afterwards to check that I was having no problems. First rate job, and at a good price – would recommend.

After years of using ‘big companies’ for an annual boiler service, and being messed about and lied to, I decided to try someone new, I found Michael on a Google search who is local to me. He turned up on time, and was very professional, explaining more to me about my boiler service in 1 visit than British Gas and Baxi ever did in 6 years!

Michael called to do a routine boiler check due to his diligence and expertise he discovered we had a gas leak. His approach was thorough and detailed even involving him going under the floorboards. We needed new gas pipes and he made the whole experience as seemless as possible. We can’t recommend him highly enough at a very worrying time for us he couldn’t have helped us more.

Michael provided an excellent service. Very reliable, trustworthy and personable. He did an excellent job, reasonably priced and left everything tidy and checked the system was working fully after he had finished installing new radiators. Would definitely recommend.
